How To Get Started With Fossil Fighters

Fossil Fighters is a game for the Nintendo DS in which players collect fossils, clean them up, and then revive them as living, breathing dinosaurs called vivosaurs. The game features turn-based battles between the vivosaurs, and players can also take their vivosaurs online to battle against other players from around the world.

If you're new to Fossil Fighters, here's a quick guide to getting started:

Choose your starter vivosaur

When you begin the game, you'll be asked to choose one of three starter vivosaurs: Chomp, T-Rex, or Tricera. Each vivosaur 'has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, so choose the one that you think suits your battling style the best.

Start digging for fossils

Once you've chosen your starter vivosaur, it's time to start digging for fossils! You can dig for fossils using the stylus and touchscreen of the Nintendo DS. Use the stylus to point and direct your fossil-hunting tool, and then use the touchscreen to direct the flow of water to help clean off the fossils.

Clean and revive your fossils

Take your vivosaurs into battle

Once your vivosaurs are trained and ready, it's time to take them into battle! You can battle other players by taking your vivosaurs into the Battle Arena. The Battle Arena is where you'll be able to use the stylus and touchscreen of the Nintendo DS to direct your vivosaurs in turn-based battles.

You can also battle other players online by taking your vivosaurs into the Online Battle Arena. The Online Battle Arena is where you'll be able to use the stylus and touchscreen of the Nintendo DS to direct your vivosaurs in turn-based battles against other players from around the world.
